The Toro Company Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend

BLOOMINGTON, Minn., Mar 11, 2008 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- The Board of Directors of The Toro Company (NYSE: TTC) announced today it has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 15 cents per share payable on April 11, 2008 to shareholders of record on March 24, 2008. As of March 11, the company has 38,276,483 common shares outstanding.
