Dianne Craig was the President of Lincoln, the luxury vehicle division of Ford Motor Company, Dearborn, Michigan until her retirement in April 2025. Previously, she served as President, International Markets, Bangkok, Thailand from January 2021 to November 2022, Chief Executive Officer, FordDirect from June 2018 to December 2020, Executive Director, U.S. from December 2016 to May 2018, and Chief Executive Officer, Ford Motor Company of Canada, Ontario, Canada from November 2011 to November 2016.
Gary Ellis was the Executive Vice President, Global Operations, Information Technology and Facilities and Real Estate of Medtronic plc, Dublin, Ireland, from June 2016 until his retirement in December 2016. Previously, he was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Medtronic, Inc., from April 2014 to June 2016, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Medtronic, Inc. from May 2005 to April 2014, and Vice President, Corporate Controller and Treasurer of Medtronic, Inc. from 1999 to May 2005.
Edric Funk was elected to the position of chief executive officer at The Toro Company, effective November 1, 2026. He currently serves as president and chief operating officer overseeing all of the company’s global businesses and integrated supply chain operations.
Since joining the company in 1996 as a design engineer, Edric has held leadership roles spanning engineering, marketing, global product management and technology innovation. He most recently served as group vice president of Golf, Grounds and Irrigation, general manager of Toro’s Sitework Systems Business, and director of The Toro Company’s Center for Technology, Research and Innovation.
He received a Bachelor of Science in engineering from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from the University of Minnesota – Carlson School of Management. Edric also has a professional certificate in innovation and technology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He serves on the boards of the National Golf Foundation and The Toro Company Foundation.
Eric Hansotia, is the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of AGCO Corporation, Duluth, Georgia. Previously, he served as Chief Operating Officer from January 2019 to January 2021 and Senior Vice President from December 2014 to December 2018. Prior to joining AGCO, he spent twenty years at Deere & Company in various leadership positions.
Jeffrey Harmening is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of General Mills, Inc., Minneapolis, Minnesota. He has been chairman since January 2018 and chief executive officer since June 2017. Previously, he served as General Mills’ President and Chief Operating Officer from July 2016 to May 2017, Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, US Retail from May 2014 to June 2016, and Senior Vice President, Chief Executive Officer, Cereal Partners Worldwide.
D. Christian Koch (Chris) is the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Carlisle Companies Incorporated, Scottsdale, Arizona. He has been Chairman since May 2020, and President and Chief Executive Officer since January 2016. Previously, Chris was the President and Chief Operating Officer of Carlisle Companies from May 2014 to January 2016, Group President of Carlisle Diversified Products from June 2012 to May 2014, President of Carlisle Brake & Friction, Inc. from January 2009 to June 2012 and President of Carlisle Asia-Pacific from February 2008, when he joined Carlisle Companies, to January 2009.
Joyce Mullen joined Insight Enterprises in October 2020 and assumed the role of President & Chief Executive Officer in January 2022. Formerly she was the President, Global Channel, OEM and IoT of Dell Technologies, a position she held since November 2017. Previously, she served as Dell Technologies’ Senior Vice President and General Manager, Global OEM and Iot Solutions from February 2015 to November 2017 and Vice President and General Manager, Global OEM Solutions from February 2012 to February 2015.
Rick Olson is chairman of the board and chief executive officer at The Toro Company, a leading global provider of solutions for the outdoor environment. In his role, Rick leads the $4.5 billion company in developing innovative products, technologies and solutions to help customers enrich the beauty, productivity and sustainability of the land.
Rick became The Toro Company’s president and chief operating officer in September 2015, chief executive officer in November 2016, and chairman of the board in November 2017. Since joining The Toro Company in 1986 as a manufacturing process engineer, Rick has held several senior leadership roles including vice president of International, and vice president of Exmark.
He received a Bachelor of Science in industrial technology from Iowa State University and an MBA from the University of Minnesota – Carlson School of Management. He serves on the board of Donaldson Company, Inc. (NYSE: DCI) and the Board of Overseers of the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management.
James O’Rourke was the President and Chief Executive Officer of The Mosaic Company, Tampa, Florida, until his retirement in December 2023. Previously, he served as Mosaic’s Executive Vice President—Operations and Chief Operating Officer from August 2012 to August 2015. Mr. O’Rourke first joined Mosaic in January 2009 as Executive Vice President—Operations.
Jill Pemberton, is the Chief Financial Officer, North America, of LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton, New York, New York. Prior to joining LVMH, she was Senior Vice President at Viacom from July 2019 to February 2020. Previously, she held various leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson from September 2013 to June 2019 and The Kraft Heinz Company from September 2008 to June 2013.
