James O’Rourke is serving as Senior Advisor to The Mosaic Company, Tampa, Florida until his anticipated retirement in mid-2024. He served as Mosaic’s Chief Executive Officer from August 2015 to December 2023, and as President from August 2015 to August 2023. Previously, he served as Mosaic’s Executive Vice President—Operations and Chief Operating Officer from August 2012 to August 2015. Mr. O’Rourke first joined Mosaic in January 2009 as Executive Vice President—Operations.
