Angie Drake is vice president and chief financial officer at The Toro Company. In her role, Angie oversees all finance functions including tax, controllership, internal audit, corporate liability and risk management, banking relations and investor relations.

Angie joined The Toro Company in 2019 with the acquisition of Charles Machine Works, Inc., parent company of Ditch Witch and other leading underground construction brands. She previously served as chief financial officer, secretary and treasurer at Charles Machine Works, Inc. from 2011 to 2019. More recently, Angie served as vice president of finance – in addition to vice president of construction, with responsibility for The Toro Company’s underground construction businesses.

She received a Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of Central Oklahoma and is a certified public accountant. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants. She serves on the board of directors of the First Bank & Trust Company.
